The Office of Social Equity and the Maryland Cannabis Administration will administer a technical assistance program to prospective and verified social equity applicants for the Fall 2023 Licensing Application Round. A technical assistance program will also be administered for businesses that receive a conditional license after the Fall 2023 Licensing Award Lottery to begin after January 1, 2024. Information about the conditional license technical assistance program will be announced at a later date.
